Technology
Wet processing technology:
Powder treatment
All ingredients are first mixed together in a liquid form to achieve a uniform emulsion, which is then dehydrated by spray drying to produce a powdered infant formula.

This process provides the best uniformity of ingredient distribution, the best Nutrient and organoleptic qualities.
Raw materials
We use only selected Swiss milk for the manufacture of all our products
Uniform emulsion
All ingredients are first mixed together in a liquid form to achieve a uniform emulsion
Emulsion dehydration
The resulting emulsion is then dehydrated spray drying to produce a powdered infant formula
Product quality
This process provides the best uniformity of ingredient distribution, the best nutrient and organoleptic qualities
We dedicated the world wide unique SCS (Single Can Security) technology
Our production lines assure a perfect system to produce evacuated and gasified cans with high security standards for the best protection of our high-quality products. We dedicated the world wide unique SCS (Single Can Security) technology:

The process of each single can be controled in a closed chamber for evacuating, gasifying and seaming with stationary single heads and the cans are gasified with a controlled slight under pressure to check the cans after closing at any time for tightness.

Even several months after production, you can check if the cans have been gased correctly. A too high left-over residual oxygen in gassed cans interacts with fatty acids and vitamins leading to oxidation reflected by a change in the curve of the tin.
1
Individually
cheked
Each tin is individually cheked and treated in a hermetically sealed system
2
Processing
each can
The process of each single can is controlled in a closed chamber for evacuating, gassifying and seaming with stationary single heads
3
Tightness
control
The cans are gassified witha controlled slight underpressure to check the cans after closing at any time for tightness.
4
Minimum amount of residual oxygen
Even a few months after production, you can check if the cans are packed properly.
